You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share credentials with others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Studio Signal offers a pay-as-you-go research API for agents and developers (REST, MCP, and Claude plugin). There is no free tier, free trial, or complimentary call allowance. Every billable API research call is charged monthly in arrears on a graduated rate card that resets each billing period: $0.30 per call for the first 1,000 calls, $0.25 per call from 1,001 to 10,000, and $0.20 per call above 10,000. Usage requires an active pay-as-you-go payment method.
Optional native app access, when purchased, is billed separately through Apple or Stripe and is not required to use REST API, MCP, or Claude plugin integrations. Slack ad-hoc research requires an active Studio Signal app seat; daily brief and deep-dive commands are available for installed workspaces. Web billing is processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel pay-as-you-go or app billing at any time through your account settings, the Stripe billing portal, or Apple subscription management, as applicable. Access continues through the end of the current billing period where applicable. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Research reports and analyses you generate are yours. The Studio Signal platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of Harkins Capital LLC.
Studio Signal is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
